So... lots of you are asking for Bioshock fanart prints (it makes me really happy:)) but i can't sell fanart prints on DA. I  was looking on Society6 - the same problem (they have in Terms of Service this:
"...you and your Content do not and will not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any person or entity, including copyright, moral rights, trade mark, patent or right of privacy..."
(And CafePress has no licence for Bioshock.) I know, artists do it anyway, there is a lot of fanarts for sale... But I have not good feeling about this. I really want to make it print available, but i also don't want to break any law. (And i have no experience with selling prints.) If there is another option, let me know. It's so nice to see so many Bioshock fans, even that game is almost five years old now.:)

And I'm terribly sorry for all the grammar nazis, who died reading this post ;^^

I second the Etsy idea, I would be quite happy to buy one off you (Especially if you went on to do Sinclair ;))

In fact, after I wrote that, I checked the Bishock Facebook page. First post is an Etsy listing by a fan. [link]

I sell prints on Etsy, by making them at my local Staples, and shipping them myself. Including Bioshock ones. Now the company behind Bioshock is actually one of the awesome ones when it comes to Fanart and selling it. On the official Bioshock Facebook page, they actually post links to fan made stuff for sale on Etsy, and tell people to check it out. They really do not seem to mind at all, in fact, they love it. I'm sure that they would only ever have a problem with it if someone was mass producing knockoffs, or tried to claim the product as their own. Just put a disclaimer on stuff, making it clear that you do not own Bioshock.

The only problem I've ever had was with EA Games with a Plants vs. Zombies clay sculpture, and all they did was remove the item from my Etsy. No legal issues, they just took it down.

I say go for it. I would definitely buy one.
