Just - pick up one of Kafka's shortstory and make illustration for it .. it's Kafka's anniversary or something like that now, so every school assignment is somehow related to Kafka, which is... ugghhhhh, god, i have enough
Ha ha, yeah, Kafka is a good writer but I bet you can get tired of having to draw pictures based on his work. Have you ever drawn Gregor Samsa after his metamorphosis? Only read "The Metamorphosis" once, just 'cause "an educated person is supposed too" and unlike almost every other book I have had to read because "an educated person is supposed too" that story has never left my memory. And yet I can't help but imagine an alternate ending for it.
"When Gregor Samsa awoke in the morning, he found himself transformed in the night into a monstrous cockroach. Because cockroaches are fast, powerful, can eat almost anything and are almost impossible to kill, where an ordinary cockroach would have been a nuisance Gregor was now a nightmare for his family and neighbors. In a short while, he eats his parents and sister because they aren't nice to him. Then he and his progeny swarm out of the tenement Gregor had lived in and destroy all the inhabitants of the city. The army comes to fight them, but the cockroaches just outbreed and out-eat the human race and take over the planet in a few generations. Gregor makes his home in the largest trashheap he can find until he dies of old age and his body is eaten by his great-great-great-great-great-grandchildren as a useful source of protein."
Not in the spirit of Kafka's story in the slightest, I know.
